JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – THE premium electric vehicle (EV) brand, ARCFOX, has expanded to Africa, marking a pivotal step in the brand’s global expansion.
The expansion to Egypt is a major step by the premium electric vehicle as it unveiled its North African strategy.
Its base is in Cairo, the Egyptian capital city.
The ceremony showcased four region-specific EV models and confirmed Egypt’s role as ARCFOX’s strategic hub for North Africa.
ARCFOX stated its strategy for Egypt was built on establishing local partnerships and developing a regional competence centre.
The brand plans to introduce over ten new pure electric and extended-range models within the next two years, leveraging Egypt’s strategic position for subsequent expansion into key North African markets including Morocco and Tunisia.
ARCFOX reports that BAIC, parent company, reported annual sales exceeding 1,71 million units in 2024 and has maintained Fortune Global 500 status for 12 consecutive years (ranking 192nd in 2024).
