US’ LABUSA schedules November for Africa expansion

JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – LAB Information Technology Incorporated (abbreviated LABUSA), an American-based information technology and cloud solutions provider, plans to introduce its artificial intelligence-powered platform to Africa in November.

The introduction of the Intelligent Operations (IO) platform to the continent is part of a global expansion exercise.

The Texas-headquartered firm has pledged to help organisations across Africa accelerate digital transformation, enhance cybersecurity and improve IT operations with intelligence and efficiency.

It is making the most of the Africa Tech Festival 2025, scheduled for November 11–13 in Cape Town, South Africa to launch the platform.

LABUSA described the festival as one of the continent’s most prominent gatherings for technology and innovation, bringing together policymakers, global leaders, and industry professionals to shape Africa’s digital future.

Hence the introduction of the AI-driven platform is timely. LABUSA will be exhibiting at the tech festival.

“We champion Africa’s digital transformation by providing secure IT solutions and partnering with regional stakeholders to help build resilient infrastructure and sustainable operational capacity,” Martin Laster, president of LABUSA, stated from Texas.

The company pledges to assist organisations modernise their IT environments through AI, cloud computing as well as enterprise cybersecurity and with an open hybrid cloud strategy, it integrates public, private and on-premises systems with intelligent edge computing.

In Cape Town, LABUSA discloses it will showcase a portfolio of mission-ready IT solutions designed to support organisations modernise infrastructure, improve operational visibility and strengthen data security.

The IO platform is described as using predictive analytics to detect and remediate vulnerabilities across hybrid environments, thus enabling organisations to strengthen their cyber security posture, reduce system downtime and risk exposure as well as accelerate detection and incident response.

LABUSA reports government and commercial entities in the United States as among its clients.
