JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – THE technology brand, Tecno, has committed to fostering community connections and celebrating cultural ties in South Africa.
This is through its participation in Inkabi Records’ upcoming social gathering, the Family and Friends Day Picnic this coming weekend.
Taking place on March 29 at Emperors Palace in Kempton Park, the event aims to celebrate love for family, friends and community, encouraging people from different walks of life to share meaningful and exciting experiences while creating unforgettable memories.
A spokesperson of the Chinese-headquartered Tecno said the company believed in the power of community and is dedicated to enhancing the lives of its customers through technology.
“This gathering is a wonderful opportunity to connect with its community and celebrate the spirit of unity and friendship.”
In addition to the festivities, Tecno will showcase its latest smartphone models.
“Attendees will have the chance to experience the technology firsthand, participate in fun challenges, and win exciting prizes,” read a statement.
Over 30 musicians will be performing including Big Zulu, KO, Master KG, Lwah Ndlunkulu, Malaika, Blaq Diamond, Aymos, Oscar MBO, Azana, and Mlindo the Vocalist
