HARARE, (CAJ News) THE banking entity of First Banking Corporation (FBC) Group is migrating its services to the latest state-of-the-art platform in line with global trends.

This is part of the Group’s innovation and digital transformation thrust.

Roy Nyakunuwa, FBC Group’s Acting Head of Marketing, expressed excitement at the “exciting and game-changing” end-to-end system upgrade that would result in the migration of the FBC Bank and Building Society banking platform to a higher version.

“A culmination of the upgrade will be an enhanced customer experience for our valued clients across all the FBC banking channels and significantly amplified quality as well as utility of service delivery channels,” Nyakunuwa said.

He said the upgrade was in line with the FBC Group’s commitment towards offering secure, reliable and high quality financial services to clients.

This is through the continuous adoption of world-class banking systems for meeting the unique needs of existing and prospective clients.

Nyakunuwa said the new platform would ensure significant benefits for clients.

For example, individual customers would be able to register for internet banking services in the comfort of their homes or offices.

“It will also allow customers to access Do-it-Yourself services such as resetting own password and setting up budget categories for tracking their spending,” Nyakunuwa added.

FBC Holdings was recently recognised as one of the country’s Top Five Listed Companies in the Zimbabwe Quoted Companies Survey.
