LUSAKA, (CAJ News) – AFRICA takes a bold step toward deeper continental collaboration as three leading professional bodies officially launch their 2026 conferences under one banner: Africa Rising.

The live broadcast from Lusaka will mark the formal partnership of the African Marketing Confederation (AMC), Technology Information Confederation Africa (TICON Africa), and African Supply Chain Confederation (ASCON).

Bringing these three continental conferences together is more than a symbolic gesture. It reflects a strategic recognition that Africa’s future depends on aligned progress in marketing, technology, and supply chains — three pillars that drive industrialisation, trade, digital transformation, and job creation.

The unified conferences will take place in Livingstone, Zambia, from 23–25 September 2026. By launching together, AMC, TICON Africa, and ASCON send a powerful message: Africa’s challenges require coordinated African solutions.

Marketing strengthens African brands and ensures that local products compete globally. Technology accelerates innovation, connects markets, and empowers youth and women with future-ready skills.

Efficient supply chains unlock intra-African trade, reduce costs, and enhance food and industrial security. When these sectors collaborate, the benefits multiply for citizens across the continent.

For African professionals, the partnership means shared expertise, stronger networks, and cross-sector innovation. Entrepreneurs gain better market access.

Young people access digital opportunities and employment platforms. Businesses benefit from improved logistics and continental standards. Governments and institutions gain practical policy insights shaped by African realities.

The AMC continues to elevate professional marketing standards and expand continental collaboration, positioning African marketers on the global stage.

TICON Africa drives digital readiness, ICT standards, and inclusive participation in the technology economy, including the launch of its continental Job Portal in 2026.

ASCON, hosting its inaugural conference, will focus on supply chain resilience, trade integration, and logistics partnerships that support the African Continental Free Trade Area’s ambitions.

For ordinary African citizens, unity at this level means more than conferences. It signals coordinated action toward economic inclusion, skills development, youth empowerment, and regional integration.

Stronger supply chains mean affordable goods. Digital transformation means access to jobs and services. Effective marketing ensures African innovation is recognised and valued worldwide.

The March launch will outline themes, speakers, and strategic goals while inviting institutions, professionals, and partners to engage early. It embodies a pro-Africa vision grounded in self-reliance, cooperation, and confidence.

In 2026, these organisations are not merely convening events. They are demonstrating that when Africa unites its expertise across sectors and borders, it strengthens its voice, its competitiveness, and its destiny.

Africa Rising* is not a slogan — it is a coordinated movement toward shared prosperity.
