CAIRO, (CAJ News) — THE Confederation of African Football (CAF) Champions League and CAF Confederation Cup delivered compelling action on Saturday and Sunday as African club football moved into the decisive final round of group‑stage fixtures ahead of the knockout draws next week.

In the flagship CAF Champions League, several teams sealed crucial victories on Saturday with with teven Ebuela Ehebelo scoring the winner.

Mamelodi Sundowns put in an impressive performance in Pretoria, defeating MC Alger (Algeria) 2‑0. Brazilian forward Brayan León Muñiz was central to the win with goals in the 6th and 64th minutes.

Simba SC won their encounter 1‑0 against Stade Malien (Mali) with Espérance Tunis beat Petro Atlético and RS Berkane thrash Rivers United, while Pyramids FC prevailed overpower Dynamos.
