Ann Cormack ,De Beers Group Executive Head, Human Resources

JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – DE Beers Group, with mining operations in Botswana, Namibia and South Africa, has announced three new additions to its Executive Committee.
Ann Cormack will succeed Arthur Hewett as Executive Head, Human Resources,as of October.
David Prager joins the Executive Committee as Executive Vice-President,Corporate Affairs, and Nancy Liu joins as Chief Operating Officer, Forevermark, both with immediate effect.Bruce Cleaver, Chief Executive Officer, De Beers Group, said as they positioned De Beers to capture the opportunities presented by a rapidly changing world, their growth is dependent on adding new voices to the senior leadership.
“I’m delighted to welcome Ann, David and Nancy to the De Beers Group Executive Committee and I look forward to the contributions they will make,” Cleaver said.“They each bring distinct perspectives, insights and experience that will propel De Beers forward in our mission to connect millions of people around the world with their diamond moments.”
De Beers Group is a member of the Anglo American group. Established in 1888, De Beers Group is the world’s leading diamond company with expertise in the exploration, mining and marketing of diamonds.
