Polish commercial firm for JSE listing

JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – THE sound of the African Kudu horn will echo on Thursday as the Johannesburg Stock Exchange celebrates Globe Trade Centre (GTC) listing on the JSE Main Board.

GTC is a leading commercial real estate operator and developer in Poland as well as capital cities of Central and Eastern Europe and South East Europe countries.

Since the Group was founded in 1994 GTC has developed 63 commercial properties, offering over 1 100 000 m2 of lease area, purchased six commercial properties, offering approximately 91 000 m2 of lease area and developed nine residential projects offering approximately 400 000 m2 of floor space.

GTC actively manages a real estate portfolio of 38 commercial real estate properties in Poland, Serbia, Hungary, Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria and the Czech Republic.
