Lying devil jailing God’s children
THE devil is a liar.
Satan ever creates false evidence against the children of God.
Through the devil’s lies children of Jehovah God will always find themselves behind police cells or jails for the crimes they never committed.
The only crime they are being persecuted and prosecuted for is glorifying Jehovah God.
One day when I was studying the Bible, I came to understand why so many people are today languishing in jails and police cells despite not committing any crimes.
The sole reason behind such unlawful incarcerations, prosecutions and persecutions are that these innocent people speak the truth.
The truth is what the Lord Jesus Christ always encourages. In contrast, the devil hates the truth.
When the devil targets you, he creates false evidence. Usually, the devil’s evidence is overwhelming and undeniable. In most cases, when the devil targets you, you can be arrested and sent to jail.
Through evil machinations, the wicked one can make sure that the evidence against his victim is so overwhelming.
As a result, jails today are full of convicted people for crimes they have never committed.
However, the good news is that Jehovah God can always liberate His children jailed as a result of falsehoods created against them.
In the book of Isaiah 54:17, the Bible reads: “No weapon forged against you will prevail, and you will refute every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and this is their vindication from me,” declares the LORD.
The same verse in the New Living Translation states: “But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the LORD; their vindication will come from me. I, the LORD, have spoken.”
The English Standard Version reads, “No weapon that is fashioned against you shall succeed, and you shall refute every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD and their vindication from me, declares the LORD.”
One such clear example of falsehood but overwhelming wrong evidence of the devil is that against Joseph the Dreamer.
Joseph was handsome in form and appearance. It came about after these events that his master’s wife looked with desire at Joseph, and she demanded to be intimate with him.
Joseph vehemently refused the advances made by his Master’s wife arguing that it was not right.
But the woman had none of Joseph’s resistance.
In once incident, she grabbed him by force but Joseph escaped leaving behind what seemed as “evidence”, a cloak, at the alleged scene of crime.
That cloak would even be enough evidence even in a competent court of law today. One would be prosecuted and jailed.
The book of Genesis 39:12 backs my arguments.
“She caught him (Joseph) by his cloak and said, “Come to bed with me!” But he left his cloak in her hand and ran out of the house.
The New Living Translation says: “She came and grabbed him by his cloak, demanding, ‘Come on, sleep with me!’ Joseph tore himself away, but he left his cloak in her hand as he ran from the house,” while the English Standard Version states: “she caught him by his garment, saying, ‘Lie with me.’ But he left his garment in her hand and fled and got out of the house.”
A look at the “evidence” left behind by Joseph suggests even if he claimed to be innocent before church leaders or before a competent judge or magistrate, with such “overwhelming evidence” he was always going to be jailed.
But the cloak was not evidence of any sexual assault.
Thus, when sent to jail under such falsehoods, where nobody will come to your defence, it is then the duty of the Holy Spirit, Blood of Jesus and Jehovah God Himself to liberate you from such wicked machinations.
According to the book of Hebrews 12:24 says: “You have come to Jesus, the one who mediates the new covenant between God and people, and to the sprinkled blood, which speaks of forgiveness instead of crying out for vengeance like the blood of Abel.”
The English Standard Version reads: “…and to Jesus, the mediator of a new covenant, and to the sprinkled blood that speaks a better word than the blood of Abel.”
Supporting my argument, the book of John 8:32, it says: “Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free”
The same verse in the New Living Translation reads: “….and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” while the English Standard Version states: “…and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.”
In this world, the devil can create own evidence against you, but it is always God’s power to break those lies, unchain you provided you believe in Him.
Those who believe in this true gospel say Amen!
