Record attendances at Africa expos

JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – SPINTELLIGENT, the trade exhibitions and conferences organiser, has marked half a year with some records at its events in the continent.

During 2016, Spintelligent will host 15 events in the energy, infrastructure, mining, agriculture, education and real estate sectors across Africa.

“Record attendances at our events are important to show growth and momentum but knowing that we are relevant to the industries that we serve and are also making a difference outside of our business is equally, if not more, important” said David Ashdown, MD of Spintelligent.

“The company is performing positively against a volatile backdrop after the first half of this year and we are looking forward to an even busier and equally successful second half of the year, including a number of exciting launch events.”

Events held so far include African Utility Week in South Africa, Agritech Expo in Zambia, Copperbelt Mining Trade Expo and Conference, also in Zambia and DRC Mining Week.

Upcoming events include East African Power Industry Convention (EAPIC) in Kenya, iPAD Rwanda and the West African Power Industry Convention in Nigeria.

New events that will be launched include the Kenya Mining Forum, African Real Estate Summit in South Africa and Agribusiness Uganda.
