PRETORIA , ( CAJ News) – Absa Premiership champions Mamelodi Sundowns have bounced back in the African Champions League competition through the back door after their opponents in the final qualifying round AS Vita Club of the
Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) were disqualified for using an ineligible player.

The Confederation of African Football (Caf) confirmed on their Twitter account that indeed the Brazilians were back in contest for Africa’s biggest prize after the central African club AS vita were booted out.
