MTN appoints Naidoo Chief Customer Experience Officer

JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – MTN South Africa has appointed Ideshini Isabella Naidoo as the new Chief Customer Experience Officer.

The appointment is effective May 1.

Mteto Nyati, MTN SA Chief Executive Officer, confirmed the appointment.

“Naidoo’s appointment gives expression to our ongoing quest to improve our customer experience by attracting the right talent and tapping into best practise from other sectors of the economy. She brings into our customer
operations a continuous improvement mind-set,” said Nyati.

Naidoo said she was pleased to be part of a dynamic team.

“I have no doubt that a tough job awaits me but I also feel very blessed and privileged for the opportunity. I am looking forward to adding value and bringing a fresher perspective to the organisation, while gleaning insights from MTNers who have been at the coal face of customer relations.”

Naidoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in information systems and total quality management. She has a proven track record in the banking sector.
