ABUJA, (CAJ News) – THE Nigerian Army has reported the discovery of factories in a village in Borno State north-eastern of the country where Boko Haram allegedly manufactured bombs.

Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, Acting Director Army Public Relations, announced the discovery.

“Troops of 7 Division Strike Group Team B on clearance operations of the remnants of Boko Haram terrorists at Kumshe made startling discoveries of Improvised Explosive Device (IED) making factories replete with some equipment,” Usman said.

The reported discovery is the latest in a series of breakthroughs the armed forces have recorded against the Islamic militant sect whose reign of terror has claimed thousands of lives.
