Breaking: Villagers arrested for supplying food to terrorists

ABUJA, (CAJ News) – THE Army has reported the arrest of more than 30 suspects allegedly supplying Boko Haram terrorists in Borno State with food.
These are suspected to have been feeding the insurgents in Damboa axis around Azir-Wajiroko road.Colonel Sani Kukasheka Usman, Acting Director Army Public Relations, said the 33 suspected Boko Haram accomplices were arrested with large quantityof foodstuff meant for Boko Haram terrorists at Korode.
The suspects are said to be from Korode, Auma, Geargube, Kausautaya,Bulbul and Dolomi villages.
“Although some of the suspects claimed to be traders, they did not howeverdeny buying and selling food items to the terrorists. Interrogation is still ongoing to further unravel the level of involvement of the suspects,” said Usman.
