LAGOS, (CAJ News) – A global company specialising in energy management and automation has announced plans to further expand to Nigeria through the opening of service centres in Abuja.

Schneider Electric, the French-headquartered company, said its service centres in the capital city would provide easier access to its products and solutions for its customers in the Northern region of the country.

Schneider Electric Channel Manager, IT Business English West Africa, Oluwaseun Oloyede, said this was part of initiatives to improving IT and energy efficiency across Nigeria.

Already, the company has announced the launch of an invigorated APC by Schneider Electric Global Channel Partner Program with a number of new enhancements to meet the rapidly evolving needs of partners in the changing IT landscape.

“We are heavily focused on the channel right now, which will help us grow in the market,” Oleyede said.

He said this renewed commitment was shaped by the direct feedback from partners.

It focused on enhanced profitability, support, enablement and overall partner experience.

“We have spent a good period of time listening to our channel partners and gaining feedback on what is important to them. Ultimately, this is a channel partner feedback delivered partner programme,” Oleyede reiterated.

Schneider Electric is a global specialist in energy management with operations in more than 100 countries.
