JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – LA Bella Casa, the Gauteng property development and sanitation company, is set to explore investment opportunities in Ghana and Nigeria.

The company is amongst four investors searching for investment
opportunities during the forthcoming Outward Selling and Investment
Mission (OSIM) organised by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to the two West African countries next week.

According to the Director of La Bella Casa, Belinda Moleko, the mission
will create opportunities to look for further investments with the company already having established presence in Congo and Tanzania.

The company, which was established in 2008, has had successes on previous missions organised by DTI, which led to it launching four housing projects in Tanzania, Congo-Brazzaville, Ghana and Nigeria.

“The support and platforms that government has created for businesspeople as well as the exposure to the continent is enormous. We as Africans must share knowledge and skills in order to make our continent better,” highlighted Moleko.

Meanwhile, sectors targeted for the OSIM are agriculture and
agro-processing, build environment professionals, infrastructure,
furniture and wood processing energy and mining. The programme for the
OSIM includes trade and investment seminars, mini exhibitions,
business-to-business meetings and site visits.
