Relief as Eskom stops load shedding

JOHANNESBURG, (CAJ News) – SOUTH Africans can heave a sigh of relief after Eskom ruled out any load shedding for the first part of Tuesday.

The firm said there was currently enough electricity generating capacity to meet demand.

“The power system is stable at present and should there be a need to load shed in the evening, Eskom will advise the public accordingly,” the power utility said in a statement.

It thanked all electricity users for responding to our message to save.
