More millionaires emerge from local telco’s competition

LAGOS, (CAJ News) – ANOTHER set of 20 mobile network subscribers have emerged winners in the ongoing N120 million promotion a local mobile network operator has embarked on.

The Glo Overload Reloaded promotions, run by the national telecommunications carrier, brings the total number of millionaires produced in the promo so far to 40.

A total of 120 millionaires will emerge by the end of the promotion.

The latest batch of lucky winners have received their cheques from the company’s senior executives and brand ambassadors in a carnival-like ceremony held at Yaba Market, Lagos on Tuesday.

The N120 million Glo Overload promotion gives subscribers 400 percent bonus airtime for every recharge of N200 and above.

Among the latest winners of the promo are a Lagos-based electrician, a nurse, a civil servant, a Naval Officer, and a fish seller.

Others include Oluwaseun an aluminium make, a business man, a vulcanizer, a trader and a policeman.

Presenting the cash prize of N1 million to each of the newest batch of 20 millionaires, Globacom’s State Manager, Lagos 1, Mr joel Nwanze said, “the network is delighted to spread excitement to the homes of another 20 subscribers who are today brand new millionaires.”

The Glo Overload Reloaded promo is billed to produce 80 more millionaires in the weeks ahead.

Apart from the chance of winning N1 million, subscribers also get instant bonus of 400 percent of the value of their airtime recharge of N200 and above.
