NAIROBI – MANDERA County Governor, Ali Roba, condemned the terror attack that claimed more than 30 people in Korome, Kenya.

He blamed the attack on the the Al Shabaab terror group describing the action as “sad” and “inhumane.”

“It is sad that we have another 36 people who were attacked and killed late last night in the same manner it happened on a bus recently.

“It happened at a quarry about 15 km (10 miles) from Mandera town,” Roba was quoted by media as saying.

The governor said only one survivor was found following the attack in 15 different tents where they had retired after they finished extracting building stones.
