NAIROBI – BUSINESSWOMEN, Wanjiku Mugane and Caroline Armstrong-Ogwapit, have been voted into the Kenya Airways Board.

Kenya Airways were conducted by poll on 21 November 2014 at the 38th Annual General Meeting at the Bomas of Kenya in Nairobi.

The Company’s Auditors, PricewaterhouseCoopers, who were appointed scrutineers of the elections have delivered the results of the elections to the Chairman, Evanson Mwaniki.

Mugane polled 50 percent of the vote, followed by Armstrong-Ogwapit, who polled 49,98 percent.

“Consequently the persons have been elected by the shareholders to fill the two vacancies on the Board,” said Mwaniki.
