MTN lowers Sky contract pricing

JOHANNESBURG – MTN South Africa has slashed the pricing on its Sky contracts.

The promotion is available to all new customers as well as those upgrading or migrating to MTN Sky and will run until 31st January 2015.

The new pricing sees the monthly subscription on MTN Sky reduced from R1 499 to R1 299 on a 24 month “bring your own” device deal. Depending on the smartphone selected, customers can get an all-inclusive deal for R1 599 which is a reduction on the R1 799 that was previously levied.

“MTN Sky provides contract customers with unparalleled value. As a customer-centric organisation MTN is excited to make this innovative offering even more cost-effective. MTN Sky gives customers access to unlimited local calling and SMSs to all networks as well as uncapped data,” says Larry Annetts, Chief Marketing Officer: MTN South Africa.

A statement from MTN South Africa said the company was continually looking at more ways to provide value to its prepaid, contract and hybrid customers.

“This promotion is designed to further enhance its contract services.”
