Lineup unveiled for eCommerce Africa Confex

CAPE TOWN – A number of influential figures in the sector have been lined up to present at the eCommerce Africa Confex scheduled for South Africa early next year.

Kinetic Events is organising the event to take take place on the February 3 and 4 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre.

Raphael Afaedor, Co-Founder of Jumia and Chief Executive Officer/Co-Founder of Supermart, together with Simdul Shagaya, CEO and Founder of, will both be sitting on a panel discussing how to sell into Africa and grow business beyond South Africa.

Other panellists include David Muller, Managing Director of CyberCellar Phaedon Gourtsoyannis, Founder of Cape Coffee Beans, Gary Hadfield, CEO of and Olivier Chas, Managing Director and Co-Founder of CitySlicker.

The is said to be Africa’s most influential eCommerce gathering.

The conference agenda will cover all things eCommerce, from how to expand your business into Africa to the survival and flourishing of SME’s and small businesses.
