JOHANNESBURG – THE Knockout quarter-final draw is set to take place at the Premier Soccer League (PSL) Headquarters in Parktown, Johannesburg on Monday.

The last eight clubs to go into the hat comprise surprise packages AmaZulu, the bottom side who thumped Bloemfontein Celtic 3-2 at Princess Magogo Stadium on Saturday.

Other teams into the TKO are the two Soweto giants, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates, while SuperSport United, Mamelodi Sundowns, Ajax Cape Town, Platinum Stars and Bidvest Wits.

While AmaZulu pulled a surprise win, Chiefs continued their rich vein of form.

They are tipped to win the Telkom-sponsored cup ahead of the rest.

It will be folly for Amakhosi to underestimate fellow quarterfinalists since all the eight clubs remaining in the race for the trophy have what it takes to win the title.
